I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, including the North Carolina State Health Plan, Duke Basic, and Duke Select.
I am out-of-network for Blue Advantage, Blue Value, and Blue Home (with UNC Health Alliance) plans.
Payment for services may be covered in-part by other health insurance plans. Please check your coverage carefully prior to making your appointment. While I am not in-network with some insurance companies, I will provide you with a receipt to file for out-of-network benefits.
Insurance
Initial Intake Assessment (60-75 minutes; CPT code 90791): $225
Therapy sessions (55 minutes; CPT code 90837): $180
I have limited sliding scale slots available. Please inquire about this when you initially contact me.
Fees
Cancellation Policy and Fees
If there is a conflict with your scheduled therapy appointment, please contact me and cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to do so, you will be charged a $100 late cancellation/no show fee.
*Please note that fees incurred for missed or cancelled sessions are not billable to or reimbursed by insurance.
Payment is due at time of service for all fees and co-pays/co-insurance. I accept cash, check, and credit cards.
